7� WHEREAS, the,City. of Lynwood has completed the annexation
8 of a certain area of.land to said City of Lynwood, as hereinafter
9 described, and
10 . WHEREAS,. the State of California Streets and Highways
' 11 Code, Division 14, Part 4, Chapter 16 of the Highway Lighting �
� I2 District Act provides that whenever any portion of a district�is

13 iricluded within a city:by reason of_annexat.ion, such port'ion may'
14 be withdrawn from�the district. � ' �
