RESOLUTION N0, 71-30
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PREPARATION OF ..
A REPORT OF MAINTENANCE OF STREET LIGHTS
•� IN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD FOR THE TwELVE-MONTH
PERIOD COMMENCING JULY 1, 1971.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby •'
resolve as follows: "
Section�l: That the City Engineer be and he is hereby
directed to make and file�with the City Clerk of said city, a
' report, in writing, covering the maintenance of all street
: ligtiting in said city for• a. period commencing July.l, 1971, ,
and ending June 30, 1972.
Section 2 . That sa.id r•eport shall contain the following:
.. a. An estimate of the costs and expense of the '
improvement f�r the ensuing fiscal_year.
, b. A diagram for the assessment district referred
to in Resolution of Intention No.70-19, adopted on the 3rd day

of March, 1970, and the boundaries and dimentions of the • :✓
-� respective•lots and pareels of land within the distric.t as it.
existed at the time of the making of the last mentioned diagram,
each of which lots or parcels shall be given a special number on
the diagra.m. -
c. A.schedule showing the proportionate amount of .
assessment to be,charged in.proportion to the benefits to be
received'by each lot or parcel shown on the diagram required by
' subdivision (b) of this section.
