that some cities, counties, or other bodies politic, have paid the expenses
for instruction given to certain law enforcement officers and upon completion
of their training, some such officers have immediately left the employ of
the city, county, or body politic, to work for sonic other organization and
thereby cause a financial loss to result to the paying entity:

that each law enforcement officer attending such training shall be required,
by agreement, to remain in the employ of Moab City
sponsoring organization
for one fall year after the completion of said training or pay the agreed
consideration raid by
Moab City for his training.

that the personnel officer in charge of determining who should be trained is
hereby instructed to have eachparticipant sign an appropriate agreement to
complete the intent of this resolution.
