REgOLUTION NO. 93-85
FOR TOWN RI~TPRODUCTION SERVICES, EXCEFF
CC~MUNITY DEVEI OPMENT DEPARTMENT
BE IT REqOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TRUCKEE
that the fees, rates and charges as set forth on the attached Exhibit "A", which is
incorporated herein by this reference, are hereby established for Town services;
and
BE IT ~ RFSOLVED that the lees, rotes, and charges shall be effective
July 15, 1993, or as otherwise provided by law.
The foregoing Resolution was introduced at a Regular Meeting of the
Council of the Town of Truckee, held on the 15th day of July, 1993, by Council
Member Drake who moved its adoption, which motion being duly seconded by
Council Member Botto was upon roll call carried and the Resolution adopted by
the following vote:
AYES: Council Members Aguera, Botto, Cross, Drake
and Mayor Eagan
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
