Plan
This
draft
distribution
plan
is
intended
to
guide
the
distribution
of
public
announcements
to
generate
public
interest
and
inform
Brewster
residents
about
when
and
how
they
can
participate
in
the
development
of
the
Brewster
Coastal
Adaptation
Strategy.
Announcements
could
be
distributed
by
posting
or
distributing
flyers
in
highly-‐
trafficked
areas,
made
verbally
by
BCAG
members
at
public
meetings,
included
in
print
newspapers,
aired
on
public
television
or
radio
spots,
posted
on
organizations’
websites
and
social
media
pages,
and
emailed
to
groups
or
listservs.
For
each
of
the
aforementioned
methods,
the
following
tables
outline
potential
audiences
to
reach,
who
might
be
able
(or
who
would
know
who
to
contact)
to
distribute
the
announcement,
and
when
or
where
the
announcement
would
be
distributed.
