2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
3 CITY OF LYNWOOD APPOII�iTING A MUNICIPAL
4 CORPORATION REPRESENTATIVE.

s WHEREAS, it appearing to the City Council of the
7 City of Lynwood a municipal corporation and a political sub-
8 division of the State of California, that it is desirable and
9 necessary to appoint an agent for this municipal corporation to
10 act for and in its behalf in the Small Claims Court of the
1i Compton Judicial District, County of Los Angeles, State of
12 California,
13 WHEREAS, it further appearing that THOMAS FOSTER is a
14 suitable individual for such appointment,
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that THOMAS FOSTER be
16 and is hereby appointed to represent and appear for said
17 municipal corporation in the lawful process of any and all claims
18 filed in said court, and is further authorized and empowered to
19 accept service of process issued by said court, for and on behalf
20 0£ said municipal corporation.
