RESOLUTION N0. 71_52
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD REQUESTING AN ALLOCATION OF COUNTY
AID TO CITIES FUNDS FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF
SELECT SYSTEM STREETS.
WHEREAS, the County of Los Angeles has appropriated
certain monies to the City of Lynwood a.s C�unty Aid to Cities;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to expend the amount
of $62 ,23g.00 of said Yunds accrued to the City for the mainten-
ance of streets on the city's approved Select System.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Lynwood resolves thatt
1. The C�unty o£ Loa Angeles is hereby requested to
allocate $62 ,239.00 of the Aid to Cities funds apportioned to
the city for the maintenance of those streets on the currently
approved Select System of Streets (excluding state highwa.ys),
on t"ile with the Division of Highways, State of California,
and incorporated herein by reference.
2, The City Clerk is directed to forward a certified
copy of this resolution to the Los Angeles County Road Commiasioner
