2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
3 OF LYNWOOD ALLOCATING FUNDS TO THE LYNWOOD
4 JAYCEES FOR ADVERTISING, PROMOTION AND
5 PUBLICITY FOR 1970-71.
6 The City Council of the City of Lynwood does �ereby
7 resolve as follows:
8 �ection l. An Agreement exists between the City of
9 Lynwood and the Lynwood Jaycees to which this resolution is a
10 part and is referred to as "Exhibit A." The purpose of this
11 exhibit is to establish a budget and method of payment to the
12 Jaycees in exehange for advertising, promotion, and publicity of
13 this city.
14 Section 2. There is appropriated from the General Fund
15 of the city a total of $1,000 which is the maximum to be paid for
16 advertising, promotion, and publicity to the Jaycees in fiscal
17 year 1g71-72. This sum will be allocated as follows:
18 a. $500 on or about September l, 1971,
19 b. $500 on or about March 1, 1g72.
20 Section 3. A definite budget indicating anticipated
21 items of expenditure is outlined below:
22 Miss Lynwood Contest $250
23 Youth and Sports 200
24 Operation Santa Claus 200
25 Fourth of July Celebration 250
26 Miscellaneous 100
27 The Jaycees may not exceed the amount allocated for any one item
2$ herein dascribed without prior written approval of the City Manag r.
29 Se ction 4 . This exhibit resolution shall terminate on
30 June 30, 1972.
31 APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of August, 1971.
