A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD APPOINTING THE LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES
OF THE CITY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNGTOOD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
that the following are appointed as the 1ega1 representatives
of the City in the inidcated capacities:
James E. Erickson, City Attorney
John J. Murphy, Assistant City Attorney
Leonard A. Hampel, Deputy City Attorney
Milford Dahl, Sr., Deputy City Attorney
H. Rodger Howell, Deputy City Attorney
Homer L. McCormick, Deputy City Attorney
Prentice A. Fish, Deputy City Attorney
Stephen A. Cootnz, Deputy City Attorney
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the firm of Rutan & Tucker be
appointed as special counsel for the City on all legal matters
not handled by the City Attorney and his staff in the discretion
of the City Attorney.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Lynwood on the 5th day of October 1971.
