RESOLUTION NO. 71-7y
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ACT AS OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CITY
IN OBTAINING FEDERAL ASSISTANCE UNDER PUBLIC
LAW 875.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
That Ronald Prince, City Manager, Civil Defense Director,
be and he hereby is authorized to execute for and in behalf
of the City of Lynwood, a municipal corporation under the laws of
the State of California, all applications and file the same in
the appropriate State office for the purpose of obtaining certain
Federal financial assistance under the Federal Disaster Act (Public
Law 875, 81st Congress; 42 U.S.C. 1855-1855g).
