INITIATION:
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Pursuant to the Agenda posted July 28, 1995, Chairman Breazeal called the meeting of the Temple
City Redevelopment Agency to order at 9:16 p.m. on Tuesday, August 1, 1995.
2. ROLL CALL-
PRESENT: Member - Budds, Souder, Wilson and Breazeal
ABSENT: Member- Gillanders
ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director Riley, General Counsel Martin and Assistant Executive
Director Dawson
Mr. Budds moved to excuse Mr. Gillanders for cause, seconded by Mr. Souder and unanimously
carried.
3. TIME FOR THOSE IN THE AUDIENCE WHO WISH TO SPEAK: NONE
4. CONSENT CALENDAR:
Mr. Souder moved to approve the Consent Calendar as presented, seconded by Mr. Budds and
unanimously carried.
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - 1. Regular meeting of July 18, 1995
2. Special joint meeting of June 8, 1995
Approved the Minutes from the regular meeting of July 18, 1995, and Minutes from the
special meeting of June 8, 1995, as submitted.
B. RESOLUTION NO. CRA 95 -583: APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF BILLS
Adopted Resolution No. CRA 95 -583, allowing claims and demands in the amount of
$699.00.

At 9:17 p.m., it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried to adjourn. The next regular
meeting of the Temple City Community Redevelopment Agency will be held on Tuesday,
August 15, 1995.
