'WHEREAS, the wIayor and Council have determined that the Borough of Carteret is in need of
miscellaneous streetscape improvements; and
NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret, County oflvliddlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the Borough's Purchasing Agent and Borough Engineer are hereby
authorized to' prepare bid specifications for miscellaneous streetscape
improvements and are further authorized to advertise for the receipt of formal bid
proposals therefore.
2. That a copy oftms resolution be fonvarded to the Borough's Purchasing Agent
and the Borough Engineer.
Adopted this 17" day of June, 2010
and certified as a true copy the
original on June 18,2010.
