AUTHORIZING BIDS-
HEfuv!Ai'fN AVENUE PHASE II PROJECT IMPROVEl\-IENTS
~.;vHE' REAS, the Mayor and Council have determined that the Borough of Carteret is in need of
ermann A venue Phase II Project Improvements; and .
OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED.by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the Borough's Purchasing Agent and Borough Engineer are hereby
authorized to prepare bid specifications for Hermann A venue Phase II Project
Improvements and are further authorized to advertise for the receipt of formal bid
proposals therefore.
2. That a copy oftrus resolution be forwarded to the Borough's Purchasing Agent
and the Borough Engineer.

and certified as a true copy the
