Present : Members Belinda Eyestone, G . Howard Hayes, Diane Salomon ; Deputy Assessor

Call to Order : Ms . Eyestone called the meeting to order at 5 : 39pm .
Approve Minutes of November 14 , 2017 Regular Session meeting : Diane Salomone moves
to approve, Mr . Hayes seconds the motion . The Board unanimously approved the minutes of the
November 14 , 2017 Regular Session meeting .
Report of the Deputy Assessor : Mr . Gallagher reported that abatement inspections are
ongoing . The next meeting of the Board of Assessors will be held on December 11 , 2017 .
Executive Session (To comply with or act under the authority of, any general or special law or
federal grant-in- aid requirements : MGL Chap . 59 Sec . 60 and MGL Chap . 214 Sec . 1B)
At 5 : 42 G . Howard Hayes made motion to go into Executive Session for the reason noted above,
not to return to executive session . Diane Salomon seconds the motion. Roll call vote :
Eyestone — Aye ; Hayes — Aye ; Salomon — Aye ; approved unanimously.
