Member Cavanaugh introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 2022-55
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF
PLANNING INTERN COLETTE BAUMGARDNER
WHEREAS, Colette Baumgardner began employment with the City of Medina as a Planning
Intern in the Planning Department on July 19, 2021; and
WHEREAS, on June 17, 2022, Colette Baumgardner submitted a letter of resignation from
her position addressed to the Planning Director; and
WHEREAS, Colette Baumgardner’s resignation from her position is effective July 1, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina that
Colette Baumgardner’s letter of resignation is hereby accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member __Reid _
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Albers, Cavanaugh, DesLauriers, Martin, Reid
And the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
