TEMPLE CITY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
MINUTES
OCTOBER 3, 1995
INITIATION:
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Pursuant to the Agenda posted September 28, 1995, Chairman Breazeal called the meeting of the
Temple City Redevelopment Agency to order at 9:45 p.m. on Tuesday, October 3, 1995.
2. ROLL CALL:
PRESENT: Member - Budds, Souder, Wilson and Breazeal
ABSENT: Member - Gillanders
ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director Riley, General Counsel Martin and Assistant Executive
Director Dawson
Mr. Budds moved to excuse Mr. Gillanders for cause, seconded by Mr. Souder and unanimously
carried.
3. TIME FOR THOSE IN THE AUDIENCE WHO WISH TO SPEAK: NONE
4. CONSENT CALENDAR
Mr. Souder moved to approve the Consent Calendar as presented, seconded by Mrs. Wilson and
unanimously carried.
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Regular meeting of September 19, 1995
Approved the Minutes from the regular meeting of September 19, 1995, as submitted.
B. RESOLUTION TO ADOPT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR ADMINISTERING
THE HOUSING REHABILITATION PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO APPROVE HOME REHABILITATION APPLICATIONS
Adopted Resolution No. CRA 95 -586, A RESOLUTION OF THE TEMPLE CITY
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING CRITERIA FOR
ADMINISTERING THE LOW AND VERY LOW INCOME HOUSING
REHABILITATION PROGRAM.
C. FIRST QUARTER BUDGET AMENDMENTS
Approved first quarter budget amendments.
D. RESOLUTION NO. CRA 95 -587: APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF BILLS
Adopted Resolution No. CRA 95 -587, allowing claims and demands in the amount of
$112.50.
