HomeMy Public PortalAbout1998-0047 Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO.98-04 RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL TO LANCE BEAULIEU AND SUNNY BEAULIEU WHEREAS, Lance Beaulieu and Sunny Beaulieu (the "Applicants") are the owners of property legally described in Exhibit A attached hereto (the "Subject Property"); and WHEREAS, the Applicants desire to plat the Subject Property into two lots and one outlot; and WHEREAS, the preliminary plat was reviewed by the planning commission at its meeting of December 9, 1997 and by the city council at its meeting on January 6, 1998 for conformance with the ordinances and requirements of the city. NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA, that preliminary approval be granted to the Applicants for the plat of the Subject Property, subject to the following conditions: 1. The outlot must be enlarged to 60 feet in width and 100 feet in depth; 2. It is noted and agreed that circumstances have changed since 1991 when platting this land was first reviewed so that the cul-de-sac required by the city at that time is no longer necessary; 3. The final plat must contain all easements required by the city engineer; 4. The final plat must in conformance with the preliminary plat, except as required by this resolution; 5. The final plat must be submitted to the zoning administrator within 180 days of the date of approval of this resolution or an extension at such time must be granted by the city council prior to its expiration; and RHB136239 ME230-105 98-04 01-20-98 8 6. The Applicant must pay to the city an administrative fee in an amount necessary to reimburse the city for its expenses in reviewing this application. Dated: January 20,1998.
