Home My Public Portal AboutRES-CC-1977-07City of Moab, Utah Resolution No. 7-77 WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of Moab by resolution adopted a budget at their special meeting held June 30, 1977, for the fiscal year com- mencing on July 1, 1977 and ending June 30, 1978; and WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of Moab by resolution adopted an amended budget at the regular City Council meeting held July 19, 1977, for the fiscal year commencing on July 1, 1977 and ending June 30, 1978; and WHEREAS, based upon the best information available to the City Council at this time, it appears that sufficient tax revenue from property taxes can be generated by a levy of 21.50 mills for the General Fund. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the mill levy, be two mills higher than the fiscal year ending June 30, 1977; to be 21.50 mills for the General Fund. Passed this 19th day of July, 1977.
