' AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING FEE SCHEDULE FOR
PLANNING AND ZONING DOCUMENTS
WHEREAS, the City of Greencastle through its Common Council recently amended its
Comprehensive Plan Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Control Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the above documents are voluminous in nature and it is appropriate to charge fees to
persons requesting copies.
NOW THEREFORE be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana,
that the following fees shall be charged for Planning and Zoning documents:
Maps $16.00
Comprehensive Plan $26.00
Zoning Ordinance $25.00
Subdivision Control Ordinance $10.00
C.D.s of above $ 2.00
This ordinance shall have full force and effect upon passage. The Clerk - Treasurer of the City of
Greencastle is ordered to have this Ordinance published by inserting a copy of the Ordinance in each of
the two (2) sets of the City of Greencastle Code maintained on file for public inspection in the office of
the Clerk- Treasurer.
