1. - CALL TO ORDER: -
Chairman Dennis called the-meeting of the Community Redevel.op-
ment Agency to order at 10 :02 p .m. on Tuesday, October 1, . 1974,
in the Council Chamber of the City Hall:,

1 . 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES :
Mr, Gilbertson. moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held Tuesday, September 17, ' 1974, as written, seconded .
. ' by Mr. Greenberg and carried.
NEW BUSINESS:
4. RESOLUTION CRA-19 : WARRANTS & DEMANDS , Demand. Nos . .1-15 ihru
1.16 in the amount of $9,000 .00 .
- - Mr. Greenberg moved .to adopt Resolution CRA-19 A RESOLUTION OF
THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF-TEMPLE- CITY ALLOWING
CERTAIN CLAIMS AND --DEMANDS IN THE SUM. OF $9.,.000. 00, DEMAND
. NOS. 115 thru. 116, seconded by Mr. Merritt arid carried.
5. STATUS REPORT:
Executive Director Koski reported that the Environmental
Protection Agency Application and supplemental data and maps
were completed and submitted to the EPA regional office in
San Francisco.
6. -ADJOURNMENT:
Mr. Tyrell moved to adjourn to the next meeting of the- Community ._
Redevelopment Agency to be held Tuesday, October 15, 1974, .
seconded by Mr. Merritt and carried. '. Meeting adjourned at
10:07 p.m.
