HomeMy Public PortalAbout1998-01019 Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO.98-10 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL TO JCF INVESTMENTS, LLC AND BERTHIAUME COMMERCIAL LAWN & SNOW, INC. FOR THE PLAT OF FRANCIS ADDITION WHEREAS, JCF Investments, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, and Berthiaume Commercial Lawn & Snow, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, (the "Applicants") are the fee owners of property located in the northwest quadrant of T.H. 55 and County Road 101 (the "Property"); and WHEREAS, the Applicants desire to plat the Property into two lots and to dedicate the remaining land to Medina as right-of-way for Clydesdale Trail; and WHEREAS, the city council of the city of Medina, Minnesota, (the "City") granted preliminary approval to the Applicants for the plat of the Property on Janilary 20, 1998; and WHEREAS, the Applicants have revised the plat of the Property in accordance with the preliminary approval and now hereby request final approval of the plat of Francis Addition. NOW, 'I HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the city council of the City of Medina, Minnesota, that final approval be granted to the Applicants for the plat of Francis Addition, subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. Vehicular ingress, egress and access to both Lot 1, Block 1 and Lot 1, Block 2 must be obtained off of Clydesdale Trail; 2. The Applicants must dedicate to the City by separate instrument an easement ten feet in width for trail purposes along Co. Rd. 101 over both lots; 3. The Applicants must pay to the City an administrative fee in the amount necessary to reimburse the City for its expenses in reviewing this application; and 4. The Applicants must file the final plat of Francis Addition with Hennepin County within 60 days of the date of this resolution or the final plat approval hereby granted shall be null and void.
