RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
WITH JOHN CALDWELL
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret (The "Borough") and John Caldwell have met in
connection with certain disciplinary charges; and
WHEREAS, the parties have agrecd to a settlement agreement a copy of which is I
attached.
NOW, THEREFORE, BEIT HEREBY RESOLVED,~ by the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Carteret that the attached agreement is hereby approved.
BE, IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Borough Clerk be and are hereby
authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the Borough.
BE, IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the terms of this Settlement Agreement shall
remain confidential.
