HomeMy Public PortalAbout1998-01737 Member Zietlow introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO.98-17 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE C.S.A.H.101 WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT WHEREAS, pursuant to city council direction, a report dated February 27, 1998 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, the city's consulting engineer, with regard to the feasibility of constructing water main improvements generally in the northwest quadrant of the intersection of T.H. 55 and C. S.A.H. 101; and WHEREAS, the report, which concludes that making the proposed improvement is feasible, has been presented to the city council by the city engineer. NOW, 'THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of the city of Medina, Minnesota as follows: The feasibility report, entitled "Preliminary Report on C.S.A.H. 101 Water Main Improvements" and dated February 27, 1998 is hereby accepted; and 2. The city's consulting engineer is designated as the engineer for this improvement and is authorized and directed to prepare plans and specifications for making such improvement.
