HomeMy Public PortalAbout1998-01839 Member Thies introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO.98-18 RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL FOR THOMAS A. DEBROWSKI AND VICKEY R. DEBROWSKI WHEREAS, Thomas Debrowski and Vickey Debrowski (the "Applicants") are the fee owners of of Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1, Tuckborough Farms, according to the plat thereof on file in Hennepin county (the "Property"); and WHEREAS, the Applicants have applied to replat the Property into two lots according to the preliminary plat on file with the city; and WHEREAS, this matter was reviewed by the planning commission at its meeting on February 10, 1995; and WHEREAS, on February 17, 1998 the city council reviewed the proposed replat for its conformance with city ordinances. NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that preliminary approval is hereby granted to the Applicants' proposed plat, subject to the following conditions: I. Preliminary plat approval is subject to the vacation of drainage and utility easements along the common lot lines between the former Lots 1 and 2 and Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, Tuckborough Farms; H. The final plat must be in substantial compliance with the preliminary plat, and must include a drainage and utility easement 50 feet in width in the northeast portion of the Property; III. Access to the newly created lots shall only be by way of Navajo Road; RHB91795 ME230-225 98-18 03-17-98 40 IV. The Applicants must provide title evidence for review by the city attorney; V. Final plat approval must be requested within 180 days of the date of this resolution; VI. The Applicants must pay to the city an administrative fee in an amount sufficient to reimburse the city for the cost of reviewing this application. Dated: March 17, 1998. 6,;,J JB.
