Member John Ferris introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.98-22
RESOLUTION ORDERING INSTALLATION OF C.S.A.H. 101
WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, a resolution was adopted by the city council on March 4, 1998, setting a date for
a public hearing before the council on the proposed C.SAH. 101 watermain improvement; and
WHEREAS, 10 days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was given
and the hearing was held on April 7, 1998, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. The proposed improvement is hereby ordered.
2. Bonestroo Rosene Anderlik & Associates is hereby designated as the city's consulting
engineer for the improvement.
3. It is the judgment of the city council that the proposed improvement has no relationship
to the city's comprehensive plan.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Ann Thies and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Ferris, Hamilton, Johnson, Thies, and Zietlow
and the following voted against same: None Absent: Johnson
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
