Mayor Groninga Presiding.
Councilmen present: Rie'_-�ena, Schmidt, Huisman, Starr, Ec�hoff.
The Council :net in -special session at 7:30 F.M. to act on a resolution
to amend the budget., and to act on a resolution of neccesity in regards
to the stree cures and gutter program, and decided to hold a public
[hearing April 29, 1963 to hear any objections to the proposal.

Councilmen.present: Rie'_.tiena, Schmidt, Huisman & Ec'_hoff.
Leroy Doyle of Hampton.met with the Council to -discuss obtaining a beer
permit -for the Corner Tavern:
Charles Starr submitted his resignation.from the Council. On motion by
Rie'_'ena, seconded by Eckhoff, resignation was accepted.Carried.
Meeting adjourned on.motion of Huisman, seconded by Eclr.hoff.

Special Meeting April 22, 1963
Mayor Groninga presided.
Councilmen.present Eckhoff, Schmidt, Riekena & Huisman.
Motion by Schmidt, seconded by Huisman to approve the bond and Class (B)
Beer Permit application of Ed. Westendorf. Carried.
There being no objectors to the proposed amended budget, motion was made
by Huisman, seconded by Schmidt to approve amended budget, as proposed,
and to approve the transfer of 48000.00 from the Sanitation Fund, and
$7000,00 from the Utility Fund to the Public Safety Fund.

Councilmen.present: Riekena, Schmidt, Huisman & Eckhoff..
Five townspeople met .with the Council to discuzs the proposed Curb &
Gutter ProGram. There being no objectors to the proposed Curb & Gutter
Program; Huisman moved the adoption of the resolution of nessesity,
seconded by Eckhoff. Carried, all Councilmen voted (aye).
