Council members present were Mayor pro tem Shirley Sessions, Wanda Doyle, Bill Garbett, Frank Schuman, Sr., Kathryn Williams and Paul Wolff. Also present were City Attorney Bubba Hughes, City Manager Diane Schleicher and Acting Clerk of Council, Jan LeViner. Council, Officials and City Attorney Considerations and Comments Ordinance No. 05-2011 – An Ordinance to Amend the Code of Ordinances Pertaining to Article VII, Sec. 58-301-303 to provide a new section entitled “Financial Institution Business License Tax.” Paul Wolff moved to accept the second reading. Wanda Doyle seconded. The vote was unanimous. Recycling Grant Resolution. Paul Wolff moved to accept the Recycling Grant Resolution. Wanda Doyle seconded. The vote was unanimous. The meeting closed and the city council workshop began.
