HomeMy Public PortalAbout1998-02655 Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO.98-26 RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELEVIINARY PLAT APPROVAL FOR FLAGSHIP INDUSTRIAL PARK WHEREAS, Flagship Technologies, Inc. (the "Applicant") is the owner of property legally described in Exhibit A attached hereto (the "Subject Property"); and WHEREAS, the Applicant wishes to plat the Subject Property; and WHEREAS, the preliminary plat was reviewed by the planning commission at its meeting on April 14, 1998 and the city council at its meeting on May 19, 1998 for its conformance with the ordinances and requirements of the city. NOW, '1'HEFtEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA, that preliminary approval be granted to the Applicant for the plat of Flagship Industrial Park, subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. The Applicant must dedicate to the city on the final plat all easements required by the city engineer and by Hennepin County, as verified by the city staff, 2. The Applicant must delineate and mitigate all wetlands which will be disturbed on the Subject Property; 3. The final plat must be in conformance with the preliminary plat, except as required by this resolution; 4. The final plat must be submitted to the zoning administrator within 180 days of the date of approval of this resolution or an extension at such time must be granted by the city council prior to its expiration; and 5. The Applicant must pay to the city an administrative fee in the amount necessary to reimburse the city for its expenses in reviewing this application.
