TEMPLE CITY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
MINUTES
SEPTEMBER 3, 1996
INITIATION:
1. CALL TO ORDER
Pursuant to the Agenda posted August 29, 1996, Chairman Wilson called the meeting of the
Temple City Redevelopment Agency to order at 8:34 p.m. on Tuesday, September 3, 1996.
2. ROLL CALL:
PRESENT: - Member - Breazeal, Budds, Gillanders, Souder and Wilson
ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director Riley and General Counsel Martin
3. TIME FOR THOSE IN THE AUDIENCE WHO WISH TO SPEAK: None
4. CONSENT CALENDAR
Mr Gillanders moved to approve the Consent Calendar as presented, seconded by Mr. Breazeal
and unanimously carried.
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Regular meeting of August 20, 1996
Approved the Minutes from the regular meeting of August 20, 1996, as submitted.
B. RESOLUTION NO. CRA 96 -611: APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF BILLS
Adopted Resolution No. CRA 96 -611, allowing claims and demands in the amount of
$5,217.00.
5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: None
6. NEW BUSINESS: None
7. COMMUNICATIONS: None
8. MATTERS FROM AGENCY MEMBERS: None
9. ADJOURNMENT:
At 8:35 p.m., it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried to adjourn. The next regular
meeting of the Temple City Community Redevelopment Agency will be held on Tuesday,
September 17, 1996.
