Dear Custodian of Records,
Thank you for your timely response to my recent request to inspect public records.
I note that one of the records was titled NON CRIMINAL OFFENSE REPORT and in that report
I was identified under the section titled VIOLATOR.
I respectfully request to inspect the most recently created similar public record which identifies
any other Town resident as a VIOLATOR for temporarily parking a personal vehicle, belonging
to that resident, on the Town's right-of-way.
Please refer to the terms, conditions, admonitions and references contained in my original
request.
