A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDING �RESOLUTION N0.
6g-31 PERTAINING TO THE TIME LIMIT
ESTABLISHE:D FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE
UNDERGROUNI'+ UTILITY DISTRICT N0. l.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
WI�REAS, by Resolution No. 69-31 an underground
utility district was established along hhe full road easement
wid.th of California Avenue, from the alley north of Century
Boulevard southerly to the north side of Imperial Aighway, and
WF�REAS, the City Council has fixed the time of
completion as one hundred and twenty days (120) from the date
of adoption of Resolution No. 69-31.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of L,ynwood that, pursuant to Ordinance No. 848 of the
City of Lynwood, Resolution No. 69-31 be amended to fix the
time of completion to 330 days from the date of adoption of
said resolution.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of February, 1970
