RESOLUTION N0. 70-18
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNW00D ADOPTING THE REPORT OF THE CITY ENGIl�E �R
RELATING TO THE SERVICE NECESSARY TO MAINTAIN
AND ILLUMINATE BY ELECTRICAL ENERGY ALL THE
STREET LIGHTING SYSTEM IN THE SAID CITY OF
LYNWOOD,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City o£ Lynwood, did
on the 3rd day of March, 19T0, file with the City Clerk, as
ordered by Resolution No 7o-g of the City Council of the City
of Lynwood adopted Februaxy 3rd, 1970, a report relating to the
service necessary to maintain and illuminate by means of electrical
energy all street lamps in the City of Lynwood; said written report
being in compliance with Ci�apter 3, Division 14, Part I, of the
Streets and Highways Code of the State of California,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Lynwood that said report, unmodified, is hereby
approved and adopted as a whole, as the report for all subsequent
proceedings had hereunder.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of March, 1970,
