RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING
PRO'I`ESTS ON THE PROPOSED STREET LIGHTING SERVICE
IMPROVEMENT ON CERTAIN STREETS IN THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD,
Whereas, pus'suant to the provisions of the "Sts°eet
Lighting Act of 1919 and amendments thereto," the City Council
o£ the City o£ Lynwood has heretofore passed and adopted 1ts
Resolution No. declaring its intention to order the
furnishing of the service necessary to maintain and illuminate,
by means of electrical energy, the street lighting system in
the City of Lynwood for a period of three years;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Lynwood as follows:
Section 1 , That the City Council does hereby fix
Tuesday, the 21st day of April, 1970, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock
p,m. in the Council Chambers of said City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road,
in the City of Lynwood, as the time and place of hearing any and
all protests in relation to said proposed improvement.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk of the City o£ Lynwood
is hereby directed to give notice of said hea.�ing in the time,
form, and manner required by law.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of March, 1970.
