A RESOLUTION O� THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA, CONSENTING TO ESTAB-
LISHMENT OF A PORTION OF ALAMEDA STREET
WITHIN SAID CITY AS A PART OF THE SYSTEM OF
COUNTY HIGHWAYS OF THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES,
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors did on March 10, 1970
duly adopt a resolution declaring Alameda Street at
Century Boulevard as a part of the System of Highways of the
C�unty of Los Angeles, all a.s provided in Sections 1700 to 1704,
inclusive, of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
California; and
WHEREAS, said Board of Supervisors by said resolution
requested this C�uncil to give its consenf to improve said road
within said portion deacribed a,bove:
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City o£
Lynwood does reaolve as follows:
Section l. Consent to Inclusion in County Highway
System This City Council does hereby consent to the establish-
ment of Alameda Street af Century Boulevard as a part of the
System of Highways of the County o£ Los Angeles as provided in
Sections 1700 to 1704, inclusive, of the Streete and Highways
Code of the State o£ California.
Seetion 2 Improvements of Road Consent ie hereby
given for the improvement o£ the above described road by the
County of Los Angeles, in conformity with its standard plans
and �pecifications for such a road, or such other plane and
speci£ications as may be approved by this City Council.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th day of April, 197p,
