Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.98-31
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL FOR 'IHE
PLAT OF FLAGSHIP INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, Flagship Technologies, Inc. (the "Applicant") is the owner of property legally
described in Exhibit A attached hereto (the "Subject Property"); and
WHEREAS, the Applicant has requested permission to plat the Subject Property into a single
lot; and
WHEREAS, the planning commission reviewed the preliminary plat at its meeting of April 14,
1998, and the city council reviewed the matter at its meeting of May 19, 1998; and
WHEREAS, the final plat has been reviewed in accordance with the conditions of preliminary
plat approval and the ordinances of the city.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the city council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota, that final approval be granted to the Applicant for the plat of Flagship Industrial Park,
subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. The Applicant must delineate and mitigate all wetlands which will be disturbed on the
Subject Property;
2. The Applicant must execute a development agreement with the city in the form
approved by the city attorney;
3. The Applicant must pay to the city an administrative fee in the amount necessary to
reimburse the city for its expenses in reviewing this plat;
4. The Applicant must file the final plat of Flagship Industrial Park with Hennepin County
within 60 days of the date of this resolution or the final plat approval hereby granted
shall be null and void.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Zietlow and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Ferris, Hamilton, Johnson, Thies, and Zietlow
and the following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
