RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNG700D AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE ROUTE 105
FREEWAY AGREEMENT, BETWEEPd THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS AND THE CITY OF LYNWOOD.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood set
down for public hearing proposed freeway agreement between the
State and the City of Lynwood covering the Route 105 freeway
between the City limit of Mona Boulevard and the City limit near
Route 7 on the 21st day of April, 1970, and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk gave notice of said public
hearing by publishing said notice once in the Lynwood Press, arid
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the 19th day of
Nlay, 1970, at 11331 Ernestine, Lynwood, California, a public
building of the City of Lynwood, said public hearing having been
adjourned from the Council Chambers to said public building because
there was insufficient room in the Council Chambers to accommodate
all persons who wished to be heard, and
WHF�REAS, every interested person at said hearing was
given an opportunity to be heard, and
WHEREAS, upon motion duly made, seconded and passed by a
unanimous vote of the City Council said hearing was concluded.
NOW, THEP,EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1. That the Freeway Agreement hereinabove
described as amended and supplemented, be and the same is hereby
adopted, approved and ratified, and
Section 2. That the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is
authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf
of the City of Lynwood.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16th day of June, 19 0.
