RESOLUTION NO. 15-8990
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF OPA LOCKA, FLORIDA,TO APPOINT JEAN-
CLAUDE F. DUGUE AS AN ADDITIONAL TRAFFIC LIGHT
SAFETY HEARING OFFICER; PROVIDING FOR
INCORPORATION OF RECITALS; PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, The City of Opa-locka desires to employ additional Traffic Light
Safety Hearing Officers; and
WHEREAS, Jean-Claude Dugue is a highly qualified attorney who has over
twenty (20) years experience as an attorney, including experience in the area of traffic
and moving violations.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF OPA LOCKA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble herein are incorporated by reference.
Section 2. The City Commission hereby appoints attorney Jean-Claude Dugue as
an additional Traffic Light Safety Hearing Officer.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
