RESOLUTION OF THF CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD CONCERNING ITS MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT WITH
THE CITY OF SOUTH GATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood has heretofore agreed to
render supplemental fire and police protection to the City of South
Gate in the event of a fire, disturbance, or other local emergency
of a magnitude that has developed, or appears to develop, beyond the
control of a single party to said agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVFD by the City Council of
the City of Lynwood that the city continue to support the mutual
aid program which is of advantage and benefit to the citizens of
this community, and to continue to honor its obligations to the said
City of South Gate under the terms of the agreement hereinabove
mentioned.
PASSFD and ADOPiED this 15th day of September, 1970.
