Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.98-34
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL FOR'1'HE
PLAT OF REGINA ESTATES
WHEREAS, Thomas Debrowski and Vickey Debrowski (the "Applicants") have requested
approval to replat Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1, Tuckborough Farms, which plat will be known as Regina
Estates; and
WHEREAS, this matter has been given preliminary approval by the planning commission and
the city council; and
WHEREAS, the city council has reviewed the final plat for its conformance with city
ordinances and the requirements of preliminary plat approval.
NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota that final plat approval is hereby granted to the Applicants for Regina Estates, subject to the
following conditions:
1. Access to the newly created lots shall only be by way of Navajo Road;
2. The plat must be filed with Hennepin County within 60 days of the date of this
resolution or the approval hereby granted shall be null and void; and
3. The Applicants must pay to the city an administrative fee in an amount
sufficient to reimburse the city for the cost of reviewing this application.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Thies and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Ferris, Hamilton, Johnson, Thies, and Zietlow
and the following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
