RESOLUTION N0. 70-63
R�SOLUTION OF ORDER OF VACATION BY CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD OF THAT PORTION OF CENTURY
BOULEVARD, 42 FEET WIDE, LYING ADJACENT TO LOT 11,
TRACT N0, 20680, MAP BOOK 552, FAGES 4, 5 and 6,
RECORDS OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY, IN THE CITY 01�
LYNG100D .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood did, on
the 20th day of October, 1970, adopt Resolution No. 70-60 declaring
its intention to vacate that portion of Century Boulevard, 42 feet
wide, lying adjacent to Lot 11, Tract No. 20680, Map Book 552, Fages
4, 5, and 6, RecordY of Los Angeles County, in the City of Lynwood,
as hereinafter described, and
WHEREAS, notices of said vacation were published and Fosted
in the time, form, and manner required by law, and
WHEREAS, no protests were made at said hearing to said
proposed vacation of said street,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood, as follows•
S ection 1 : That the following described portion of street
is unnecessary for present or pros�ective public use, and it is hereby
ordered that the following described portion of street in the City of
Lynwood, California, be vacated and abandoned:
That portion of Century Boulevard, 42 £eet wide,
lying adjacent to Lot 11, Tract No. 20680, Map
Book 552, Pages 4, 5, and 6, Records of Los Angeles
County.
Sect ion 2: That the City of Lynwood reserves an easement
in, over, or upon said above described property for the construction,
erection, and/or maintenance therein of public utilities.
Sect ion 3: That the City Clerk shall cause a certified
copy of said order to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of
Los Angeles County.
