SECTION FOUR: That the Street Department shall consist of ten (10) full -time
members and two (2) part-time members. Base pay ranges, including the maximum,
shall be as follows

That the Sewage Department shall pay to the Deputy Clerk- Treasurer of the City
of Greencastle for services rendered by the Deputy Clerk- Treasurer on behalf of the
Sewage Department during the year 2004 the sum of Six Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
($6,500.00).
That the Sewage Department shall pay to the City Engineer of the City of
Greencastle for services rendered by the City Engineer on behalf of the Sewage
Department during the year 2004 the sum of Twenty Thousand Five Hundred Ninety
Two Dollars ($20,592.00).
That the Sewage Department shall pay to each of the two (2) citizen members of
the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Greencastle for services rendered by
the citizen members of the Board of Public Works and Safety on behalf of the Sewage
Department during the year 2004 the sum of Nine Hundred Thirty Dollars ($930.00
each).
SECTION EIGHT: That the Department of Water Works shall consist of eleven
® (11) full -time members, one (1) Engineer Technician and three (3) part-time members.
Base pay ranges, including maximum, shall be as follows:
