Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 98-37
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR
DONALD KARINIEMI AND PHILIP KARINIEMI
WHEREAS, Donald Kariniemi and Philip Kariniemi. (the "Applicants") are the owners of
property legally described as Lot 41 and the Southeasterly 38.00 feet of Lot 42, Auditor's Subdivision
No. 241, Hennepin County, Minnesota (the "Subject Property"); and
WHEREAS, the Applicants wish to plat the Subject Property; and
WHEREAS, the plat has been reviewed and found to be in conformance with the terms and
conditions of preliminary plat approval and of the ordinances and requirements of the City.
NOW, ' IILREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY IHE CITY COUNCIL OF '1'HE CITY
OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA, that final approval be granted to the Applicants for the plat of the
Subject Property, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. The Applicants must file the final plat with Hennepin County within 60 days of the date
of this resolution or the final plat approval hereby granted shall be null and void; and
2. The Applicants must pay to the City an administrative fee in the amount necessary to
reimburse the City for its expenses in reviewing this application.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Hamilton and
upon vote being taken thereof the following voted in favor thereof:
Ferris, Hamilton, Johnson, , and Zietlow
and the following voted against same: None Absent: Thies
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
