INITIATION:
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Pursuant to the Agenda posted February 13, 1997, Chairman Wilson called the meeting of the Temple City
Redevelopment Agency to order at 9:47 p.m. on Tuesday, February 18, 1997.
2. ROLL CALL:
PRESENT: Member - Breazeal, Budds, Gillanders, Souder and Wilson
ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director Riley, General Counsel Martin and Assistant Executive
Director Dawson
3. TIME FOR THOSE IN THE AUDIENCE WHO WISH TO SPEAK: None
4. CONSENT CALENDAR:
Mr. Breazeal moved to approve the Consent Calendar as presented, seconded by Mr. Gillanders and
unanimously carried.
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Regular meeting of February 4, 1997
Approved the Minutes from the regular meeting of February 4, 1997, as submitted.
B. RESOLUTION NO. CRA 97 -625: APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF BILLS
Adopted Resolution No. CRA 96 -625, allowing claims and demands in the amount of $212,032.54.
