HomeMy Public PortalAbout1998-042101 Member Hamilton introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption CITY OF 1VIEDINA RESOLUTION NO.98-42 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL TO EDMUND LUNDGREN AND DAWN LUNDGREN WHEREAS, Edmund Lundgren and Dawn I.undgren (the "Applicants") are the owners of property legally described in Exhibit A attached hereto (the "Subject Property"); and WHEREAS, the Applicants have requested permission to plat the Subject Property into two lots; and WHEREAS, the city council has previously granted preliminary plat approval to the Applicants, which preliminary approval was reaffirmed by the city council on July 21, 1998; and WHEREAS, the final plat has been reviewed for compliance with the conditions of preliminary plat approval and the ordinances of the city. NOW, 'l'HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the city council of the city of Medina, Minnesota, that final approval be granted to the Applicants; subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. The Applicants must provide evidence to the city that there is of record an easement for driveway purposes of at least 50 feet in width for the benefit of Lot 1 prior to conveyance of Lot l; 2. The city must approve the location of the driveway for Lot 1 within the easement prior to issuance of a building permit for Lot 1; 3. The appropriate public bodies must be notified prior to construction of the driveway if the driveway will affect any wetlands; 4. The primary and alternate septic sites on Lot 1 must be located, staked and protected during construction on said lot; 5. The Applicants must pay to the city an administrative fee in the amount necessary to RHB-147594 ME230-261 98-42 08-04-98 102 5. The Applicants must pay to the city an administrative fee in the amount necessary to reimburse the city for its expenses in reviewing this plat; and 6. The Applicants must file the final plat with Hennepin County within 60 days of the date of this resolution or the final plat approval hereby granted shall be null and void. Dated: August 4,1998.
