RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO.;ABATE DRY AND
'� DRYING WEE)5 ON CERTAIN PARCELS OF LRND �
IN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD.
WHEREAS, Chapter 13 of the GoVernment Code, cited as
"Weed and Rubbish Abatement,",provides for�abatement of dry ani�
drying weeds that conatitute a publie nuisance, anK
WHEREAS, it has been brought'to the attention of the
City Couneil of the City of Lynwood by the Superintendent of ,
Streets thatthere exists a pub7.ic nuieance on certain parcels
of land.in the City of Lynwood, as hereinafter more particularly .
described; .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council o£ ,•
