.. �; WHEREAS, the.provisions of Chapter 17 of the Lynwood'

" Municipal Code provides that all buildinbs or structures or portions
. thereof in_ttie City of Lynwood which are structurally unsafe,
' partially destroyed, unsanitary, dilapidated from old age or neglect,
or are otherwise dangerous to htunan life, is a substandard building,
' and may be decla'red a nuisance by the City Council of the City, of
" Lynwood and thereafter be abated as therein provided; and v . '�
, WHEFZEAS, the Buildin� Department of the City of Lynwood ,
_ has made inspections of the buildings located on the real property; .
as hereinafter described, and has declared them to be unsafe and a
: n. �•-� hazard. to saf,ety, ,.health,and_ welfare of the general public, _
NOW, TH�REFORE, the City Council, sitting as a Board of �
• Appeals 'cf the City of Lgnwood, does hereby determine and resolde. �
that; .
. :, .Section l. A public hearing was,held on the 1}th day of �,
-. � March, 1969, by the City Council on the issue as to whether or•not.
', the buildings located on the hereinafter described property should .
, be condemned as a public nuisance and said nuisance,be abated by
� reconstructing or properly repairirig said building or by razing or �
removing same, •That the real property hereinabove referred to is '•

�, • Lot.16 of Tract'No. 5686 in the City of Lynwood as ' �
�recorded on Page 69, Map'Book 62 of Los Angeles County,
' State oi' California. The buildings located on said

real property consists of a one-story wood frame
� building, Porme'rly used as a residence, and�,a free
'. . standing wood garage structure, all commonly known `

� Section�'2. -That the buildings hereinabove referred to,are
. declared to be a public nuisance and should be condemned as such and
' said nuisance is.`hereby ordered .to'be abated and the Building.Official
', of the City of Lynwood is hereby ordered to direct the owner to abate
_. the nuisance . with�in thirty (30 ) days after the date of pos'tin�' on said' ."�

� to notify the owners by registered or certified mail that if said
