RESOLUTION N0 69-33 •
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD REQUESTING AN ALLOCATION
' OF COUNTY AID TO CITIES FUNDS FOR THE
MAINTENANCE OF SELECT SYSTEM STREETS, -
WHEREAS, the County of Los Angeles has appropriated
' certain monies to the City of Lynw�od as County Aid to Cities;
and , ,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to expend the
amount of $58,698.00 of said funds acerued to the City for
the maintenance of streets on the city's approved Select
. System.
� NOW, THEREFORE, the City Couucil of the City of
Lynwood resolves that:
1. The Counfy o£ Los Angeles is hereby requested
to all x ate �58,698.00 0£ the Aid to Cities funds apportioned
to the city.for the mainfenance of those streets on the
� currently approved Seleet System of Streets (excluding State
highways), on file with the Division of Highways, State of
California, and incorporated herein by reference,.
2. The City Clerlc is directed to £orward a
certified copy of this resolution to the Los Angeles County
Road�C�mmissioner for. processing.
