- A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL'OF THE CITY OF
' LYNWOOD ALLOCATING FUNDS TO THE LYNWOOD JAYCEES
FOR ADVERTISING, PROMOTION, AND PUBLICITY FOR
1969-70.
The City Council o£ the City of Lynwood does hereby resolve
as follows:
S"ection 1 . An Agreement exists between the City of Lynwood
' and the_Lynwood Jaycees to which this resolution is a part and is re-
ferred to as "Exhibit A." The purpose of this exhibit is to establish
a budget and method of payment to the Jaycees in exchan�e for advertis-
ing, promotion, and publicity of this city.
Section 2 .. There is appropriated from the General Fund of
' the city a total of $1,.800,which is the maximum to be paid for advertis-
ing, promotion, and publicity to the.Jaycees in £iscal 1969-70. This
sum will be allocated as follows: �
a. $900 on or about September 1, 1969, I
b. $g00 on or about March l, 1g70. I
. Se'ction 3 . A definite budget indicating anticipated items of
expenclitures is outlined below:
a. Miss Lynwood and Miss California Contest .....$ 600
b. Operation Opportunity . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $ 100
� c . Fourth of July . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $ , �+00
, d. Operation Santa Claus . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $ 200

The Jaycees may not exceed the amount allocated for any one item herein•
