' � RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
' LYNWOOD OVERRULING�PROTESTS TO THE PROPOSED

ANNEXATION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE
�- �, UNIIdCORPORATED TERRITORY OF THE COUNTY OF � '
LOS ANGELES LYING NORTHWESTERLY OF. THE

' EXISTIi�IG 'CITY `BOUNDARY ON THE EAST ROADWAY
' OF ALAMEDA STREET (JORGENSEN ANNEXATION). ' .
. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of�Lynwood did,•
by Resolution No.,6g-28, adopted on the 20th day ;of May i969 ,.duly '
give notice and fix the lst day o£ July, 1969, at the hour�of �,:30 p.m.
in the Council Chambers,of the City. Hall 113:3o Bullis,Road, Lynwood,
California, as the day, hour and'place when and where any persons �
owning real property within the city, who does not 'also r�wn property
in.the territory to..be annexed, and having any objections to the
proposed annexation,'migh't appear before said City'Council and
show cause why such .territory should'not�be'annexed, and ,
WHEREAS, SAID Resolution No.'6g-28-was publishe'd in the
•,, Lynwood Press, a newspaper o£ circulation, printed and pub-
lished in the City of.Lynwood, and in the Herald�American, a.news-
paper published outside said city but cireulated,within the County .
of Los Angeles, and . • , .

4JHEREAS, said public hearirig was held at the. day,�hour '
and place and in the.manner as set £orth in said Resolution Dio. '
69-28, and ' � ,
WHEREAS, no person owning real.property'within the. city
-who does not also own property in the territory to be annexed,
appeared before the City Council to show cause why such territory
should not.be so annexed, � • � �
NOW,'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City,Council o£ the
