JULY 15, 1997
INITIATION:
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Pursuant to the Agenda posted July 11, 1997, Chairman Souder called the meeting of the Temple
City Redevelopment Agency to order at 8:11 p.m. on Tuesday, July 15, 1997.
2. ROLL CALL:
PRESENT: Member - Breazeal, Brook, Gillanders, Souder
ABSENT: Member -Wilson
ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director Riley, General Counsel Martin
Mr. Breazeal moved to excuse Mrs. Wilson for cause, seconded by Vice Chairman Gillanders and
unanimously carried.
3. TIME FOR THOSE IN THE AUDIENCE WHO WISH TO SPEAK: None
4. CONSENT CALENDAR:
Mr. Breazeal moved to approve the remainder of the Consent Calendar as presented, seconded
by Vice Chairman Gillanders and unanimously carried.
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Regular meeting of July 1, 1997
Approved the Minutes from the regular meeting of July 1, 1997, as submitted.
B. RESOLUTION NO. CRA 97 -639: APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF BILLS
Adopted Resolution No. CRA 97 -639, allowing claims and demands in the amount of
$3,375.00.

6. NEW BUSINESS: None
7. COMMUNICATIONS: None
8. MATTERS FROM AGENCY MEMBERS: None
9. CLOSED SESSION: None
10. ADJOURNMENT:
At 8:12 p.m., it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried to adjourn. The next regular
meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency will be held on Tuesday, August 5, 1997.
